A community around you
A majority of our cadets are enrolled at Michigan State University. However, approximately 30% of the cadet wing are students at Western Michigan University. In addition, we have students from Central Michigan University and Lansing Community College participating in our program.

Cadets and cadre enjoy a Combat Dining-In. Combat Dining-In is an Air Force tradition, focused on building camaraderie and esprit de corps among the cadet wing. The event includes a detachment wide dinner, various sports and activities, and a number of detachment traditions.
